Loyola Travels to Washington, D.C., for the Purple Puck Tournament

LAG Advances to Championship Game

Loyola Academy Gold and Loyola JV headed to Washington, D.C., over the holidays to play in the prestigious National Capital Hockey Tournament (The Purple Puck) tournament. Hosted by Gonzaga College High School, the Purple Puck is the oldest high school hockey tournament on the East Coast of the United States.

LAG advanced to the championship game and both Loyola teams had players earn Player of the Game awards during the tournament. Congratulations to JC Cervieri (LAG), Nick Braun (LAG), and Charlie Fritzche (JV) for being recognized as Players of the Game in Washington, D.C.
