Congratulations to Loyola Gold on winning the O'Grady Thanksgiving Hockey Tournament! 

Loyola Gold went 4-0 in round robin play and 2-0 in the playoffs defeating Providence Catholic 4-0 in the Semifinals to reach the finals. Loyola Gold met St. Ignatius in the Championship game where they fell behind 2-0 in the second period.  Loyola Gold came back with powerplay goals by Malaniuk and Schrieber before finally taking the lead at 8:08 in the third period with a goal by Gustafson.  A great team effort with 15 saves by O’Brien held off the St. Ignatius Wolfpack to bring home the O’Grady Thanksgiving Tournament Championship! 

Loyola Gold forwards Boersma, Schrieber and Gustafson were named to the All-Tournament team and O'Brien was named All-Tournament goalie.
