Hello LA Hockey Families!

Part of the great LAHC tradition is hosting the annual O’Grady Thanksgiving Tournament which is being held for the 51st time this season.  We will once again be printing a hard copy Yearbook to be distributed during the tournament at all venues, in addition to publishing an electronic version that will be prominently displayed all season long, and available thereafter, on our website.  You can view last season’s book here.

While the Yearbook proudly serves as the tournament program for the O'Grady, which hosts approximately 40 teams, over 800 players, and thousands of fans, it also serves a much larger and long-lasting purpose: it’s the season’s keepsake for the entire program and all its teams.  Players, coaches and families have cherished the annual Yearbook going back decades.  

The Yearbook features all five LA teams (including composite photos of all teams, individual photos of all players/coaches, action photos and much more) along with composites of the other teams competing in the O’Grady.  The book also includes fun family ads supporting the players from all Loyola teams, and advertisements from local businesses solicited by players and their families.  The revenue generated through these ad sales is very important to the Club, supplementing the rising operating costs incurred by the Club in supporting our five hockey teams.

REDUCE YOUR FEES WHILE SUPPORTING LOYOLA HOCKEY

Families receive a rebate of 50% of any sponsorship advertisements generated, excluding family ads.  Many families have significantly reduced their personal fees through selling ads to local businesses.  Last year more than 40 businesses placed ads in the book.  The attached flyer is an easy introduction to the Yearbook for prospective business advertisers.

EASY TO ORDER

Ads can be purchased through our online ordering portal.  Buyers will receive a confirmation email that includes instructions on uploading photographs or ads.  If you'd like to place an ad but aren't an expert with photo shop, you can simply submit several photos you'd like to use, along with a message to print, and our production team will create a family ad for you!  If you have friends or family who don’t want to submit ads but want to make a monetary donation (no amount is too small), those can be made online too.
